S.L. 117.45 Art. 9Meetings.

(1) The Council shall meet on a regular basis as the

Chairperson may deem necessary, provided that the Council shall hold not less than one (1) meeting every quarter in every calendar year.

(2) The Council shall hold a meeting with the Minister not less than once (1) every quarter in every calendar year.
