S.L. 117.43 Art. 6Hours of opening of marketing centres.

(1) Any marketing centre shall be kept open on any day during such hours as the Agency may fix from time to time by virtue of a notice in the Gazette.

(2) The Agency may also determine the hours during which farmers may take their local agricultural produce to any of the marketing centres, as well as the hours during which such local agricultural produce may be sold.
