S.L. 117.43 Art. 19Hoarding of agricultural produce.

A trader in possession of stocks of any agricultural produce which he does not expose for sale in his place of business or does not store therein in sufficient quantities to meet daily demands, shall be deemed to be hoarding or refusing to sell, and shall be guilty of an offence.
