S.L. 117.42 Art. 13Representationand staff.

(1) Judicial and legal representation of the Board shall vest in its chairperson, or any other member as duly authorised by the Board.

(2) The Board shall be assisted by such staff, being public officers, as may be assigned to it by the Minister responsible for fisheries and agriculture.
