S.L. 117.42 Art. 10Mandatory provisions.

Notwithstanding any other law, any prohibition according to regulation 8 shall constitute overriding mandatory provisions which are applicable to any situation falling within the scope of those prohibitions, irrespective of the law that would otherwise be applicable to the supply agreement between the parties.
