S.L. 117.32 Art. 4Purpose and application.

(1) The purpose of these regulations is to simplify the rules and procedures applicable to the transfer of defence-related products to and from other Member States.

(2) These regulations do not affect the Government of Malta’s discretion as regards policy on the export of defence-related products.

(3) These regulations do not affect the possibility for the Government of Malta to pursue and further develop inter-governmental cooperation.

(4) These regulations apply to the defence-related products listed in the Schedule, which is published in the English language only.
