S.L. 117.32 Art. 20Revocation of certificates.

If the Committee finds that the holder of a certificate who is established in Malta no longer satisfies the criteria referred to in regulation 17 or any of the conditions referred to in regulation 18(2), it shall take appropriate measures, which may include the revocation of the certificate and thereafter inform the Commission and the other Member States accordingly.
