S.L. 117.24 Art. 2Interpretation.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -

"bread seller" means a person who sells, distributes or delivers bread to the public;

"baker" means a person who produces or manufactures bread for sale to the public, or who employs or makes any arrangements with any other person to produce or manufacture bread for such sale; "licence" means a licence issued under these regulations, and "licensed" shall be construed accordingly; "Minister" means the Minister responsible for trade and includes, to the extent of the authority given, any person authorised by the Minister in that behalf for any purpose of these regulations.
