S.L. 117.19 Art. 2Interpretation.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -"lighter" and "tugboat" include any pontoon and any hopper barge and any machinery, equipment, gear and tools necessary for the proper functioning thereof;

"Minister" means the Minister responsible for Ports; "person" includes a body or association of persons; "requisition" means the taking possession by the Minister of any lighter or tugboat;

"requisitionee" means the person from whose possession any lighter or tugboat is requisitioned by the Minister.
