S.L. 111.1 Art. 27Provision as to awards on death.

Where on an application for the award of a pension or allowance under Part III of this Scheme the death of a person is claimed to be the direct result of an injury, no award shall be made on that application in respect of that injury if it was sustained more than seven years before the death of that person.
