S.L. 104.4 Art. 4Contributions to the Compensation Body.

Every insurer carrying business of motor insurance in Malta shall pay a contribution to the Compensation Body to be utilised exclusively for the payment of claims of civil liability by the Compensation Body. The Compensation Body shall establish such contribution, taking into account the sums required, or expected to be required, for the purpose of the Compensation Body.
