S.L. 10.4 Art. 9Fee for supervision.

The removals referred to in regulation 8 of these Regulations shall be carried out under the supervision of an officer appointed by the Superintendent of Public Health; and a fee of twelve cents (0.12) shall be charged for such supervision if the removal is effected on the days specified in regulation 8, and of forty cents (0.40) on other days.
