S.L. 10.4 Art. 3Prohibition of vehicles.

No vehicle shall be allowed to enter the cemetery except the hearse, the parish priest’s vehicle, and other vehicles carrying materials for use in the cemetery; in special cases the Superintendent of Public Health or the Capuchin Father in charge may grant permission for visiting the cemetery in a conveyance.
