S.L. 10.34 Art. 5Applicability of Value Added Tax Act. Cap. 406.

Any video film show held in premises licensed under regulation 3(a) is exempt from tax if held in accordance with the provisions of the Value Added Tax Act. Any other video film show is chargeable to tax as provided in that Act.
