S.L. 10.34 Art. 3Licence fees.

For the issue or renewal of any licence under these

Regulations there shall be payable to the Commissioner of Police the following fees:

(a) in respect of shows by video film projector held in any premises licensed as a hotel, restaurant or €116.47 catering establishment ............... per annum;

(b) in respect of shows by video film projector held in any trade or business premises, other than a hotel, restaurant or catering establishment, or in respect of any public place or a place open €23.29 to the public .............................. per annum.
