S.L. 10.17 Art. 37Ventilation, cleanliness, etc.

It shall be the duty of the licensee to keep every part of the building in a good and proper state as regards ventilation, cleanliness and all other conditions that affect health. In particular, it shall be the duty of the licensee or his representative to furnish the auditorium with electric fans or other similar devices to the satisfaction of the Chief Government Medical Officer and to cause them to be kept working at all necessary times.
