S.L. 10.17 Art. 3Seating.

The seating in the building shall be comfortable and so arranged as not to interfere with free access to the exits. The gangways and the passages leading to and from the exits shall have no steps, and shall, during the presence of the public in the building, be kept clear of obstructions. During the performance, the public shall not be permitted to stand in the gangways or passages.
