S.L. 10.11 Art. 29Glazed fanlight.

If a room receives light through a doorway, there shall be formed above such doorway a glazed fanlight constructed of such size and in such a manner as the Sanitary Authority may direct.

Whenever possible in the opinion of the Superintendent of Public Health, however, every room shall have a window in addition to the door.
