S.L. 10.11 Art. 23Ventilating pipe.

When the distance between the water closet and the intercepting drains is not sufficiently long to allow of the provision of the two ventilators mentioned in regulation 20, a ventilating pipe shall be raised from a point between the said water closet and the intercepting trap, to such a height as the Sanitary Authority may direct.
