(1) The Attorney General and the Deputy Attorneys

General and other Officers of the Attorney General shall have the power to administer oaths.

(2) Wherever a law provides that an oath is to be taken before the

Attorney General, such oath may also be taken before the Deputy

Attorneys General or before another officer of the Attorney General, as delegated by the Attorney General.
