Cap. 85 Art. 15Penalty for resistance or hindrance.

Any person who resists or hinders an inspector in the lawful exercise of his powers or duties under this Ordinance or any rule issued thereunder shall be guilty of an offence and liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding forty-six euro and fifty-nine cents (46.59).
