Cap. 65 Art. 53Recovery of compensation or expenses from owner or driver.

Where under the provisions contained in this Ordinance, the

Court of Magistrates shall have sentenced the owner or driver of

any vehicle to pay any compensation or expenses, such

compensation or expenses may be recovered through the same

court in the same manner and with the same means provided by law for the enforcement of judgements delivered by the inferior courts in civil matters.
