Cap. 65 Art. 40No person to act as driver of vehicle without consent of owner.

No person authorised by the owner of a vehicle to act as

driver of such vehicle shall, except in case of necessity, suffer any

other person to act as driver of such vehicle, without the consent of

the owner thereof, and no person shall, except in case of necessity,

act as driver of a vehicle, without the consent of the owner of such vehicle.
