Cap. 65 Art. 15BADriving a motor vehicle with drug concentration in the body.

(1) No person shall drive, attempt to drive or be in

control of a motor vehicle or other vehicle on a road or other public

place after consuming any drugs, if such person still has any amount of

such drug in his body.

(2) An offence under this article shall not be interpreted as an offence of drug possession.
