Cap. 646 Art. 5Declaration of principles.

(1) The protection of health and safety at work shall be considered of public interest.

(2) The Authority shall be responsible for ensuring that the physical, psychological and social wellbeing of all workers in all workplaces is promoted and to ensure that it is safeguarded by whoever is so obliged to do.
