(1) The Minister shall, in consultation with any other

Minister competent to take cognizance of the matter, and in consultation with stakeholders and the general public, prepare a national long-term strategy and the National Energy and Climate Plan.

(2) The Minister shall make available to the public the national long-term strategy, the National Energy and Climate Plan and any updates thereof.
