In the Second Part of the Fifth Schedule to the principal Act, immediately after the words "The Chairperson of the Older Persons

Standards Authority" there shall be added the words "The Chairperson of the Climate Action Authority".

FIRST SCHEDULE (article 2)

Greenhouse gases include:

(a) Carbon dioxide (CO ); 2

(b) Methane (CH ); 4

(c) Nitrous Oxide (N O); 2

(d) Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs);

(e) Perfluorocarbons (PFCs);

(f) Sulphur Hexafluoride (SF ); 6

(g) Nitrogen trifluoride (NF ); and 3

any other designated greenhouse gas as established by the Minister by any regulations. SECOND SCHEDULE (article 43)
