The Malta Resources Authority Act and the Climate Action

Act and the subsidiary legislation made thereunder, with the exception of the subsidiary legislation listed in the Second Schedule, are hereby repealed:

Provided that anything done or omitted to be done in terms of the said legislation until the coming into force of the Climate Action

Act, 2024 shall be deemed to be valid at law.
