Cap. 641 Art. 94Failure to comply.

Any person who without reasonable excuse fails to comply with any direction given to him under any provision of this Act, together with its Schedules, or any regulatory instrument or other directive of the Directorate or Director General shall be deemed to have contravened this Act.
