Cap. 641 Art. 92Right to enter and inspect.

The Director General or any person delegated by him shall, at all reasonable times, have the right to enter and inspect any aircraft, aerodrome or other landing place as well as any other civil aviation facilities which are located outside the aerodrome area to ensure compliance with any of the provisions of this Act or of a regulatory instrument issued under it.
