A certificate granted by the Directorate in respect of a national service provider, U-Space service provider or a single common information service provider shall remain valid as long as the holder of the certificate complies with the relevant requirements set by the applicable EU Regulations but may be suspended, limited or revoked at any time if the conditions related to that certificate are contravened.
