Cap. 641 Art. 70False entries and material omissions.

A person or qualified entity charged by or under this Act with the carrying out of any maintenance or tests, or the issue of any certificate or recommendation relating to the airworthiness of an aircraft shall not knowingly make any false entry in or material omission in any document he is required to fill out by virtue of this Act. Any person who breaches this article shall be guilty of an offence punishable with imprisonment of not less than two (2) years and not more than four (4) years and, or a fine (multa) of not less than fifty thousand euro (€50,000) and not more than two hundred and fifty thousand euro (€250,000).
