Cap. 641 Art. 57Power to regulate matters related to documents and records.

(1) Without prejudice to the provisions of this Part of the

Act, the Directorate shall issue such regulatory instruments as may be required under this Act to determine the manner in which documents and records shall be kept and stored, as well as to regulate the use and retention of flight recording systems.

(2) For the purposes of this Part, "authorised person" means an official or other person designated by the Directorate for the fulfilment of functions on its behalf.
