Cap. 641 Art. 34Applicability of this Part.

Unless provided otherwise, this Part shall apply to non-

EASA aircraft registered in Malta, conducting commercial operations or air services not falling under Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1008/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 September 2008 on common rules for the operation of air services in the Community (Recast), as amended from time to time.
