PART IV
(1) The College may levy all fees, rates and other payments prescribed in its protocols or deemed to be prescribed by or under the Act and, or these regulations, or any other law related to the powers and functions of the College.
(2) The College shall be paid by Government out of the CAP.638. TECHNOLOGY
Consolidated Fund such sums as Parliament authorises to be appropriated to meet the costs of specified works to be continued and for the day to day operation and management of the College.
