Cap. 605 Art. 56Transmission of financial statements to Minister.

(1) Not later than three (3) months following the end of each financial year, the entity shall cause a copy of its financial statements duly audited to be transmitted to the Minister and to the Minister responsible for finance together with a copy of any report made by the auditor or auditors on these statements or on the accounts of the entity.

(2) The Minister shall, as soon as practicable, cause a copy of such statements and reports to be laid on the Table of the House of Representatives.
