Cap. 605 Art. 42School Council and Students’ Council.

Every State School, whether it is a school forming part of a College or not, shall have a School Council which shall be composed of parents and educators, and a Students’ Council which shall be composed and selected and which shall have the functions, duties, powers and procedures such as the Minister may from time to time establish by means of regulations.
