(1) Any party who feels aggrieved by a decision of the

Adjudicating Panel may appeal on a point of law to the Court of

Appeal composed of one (1) judge only in accordance with article

41(9) of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure.

(2) The appeal shall be filed within twenty (20) days from the date of the decision of the Adjudicating Panel.

(3) The Court of Appeal shall be constituted in accordance with article 41(9) of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure.
