Without prejudice to the provisions of this Act, the Director

(Child Protection) shall have ten (10) working days from the coming into force of this provision to file an application in the acts of each of the cases applications pending before the Juvenile Court at the time of the coming into force of this provision, to request any amendments to the said applications or acts filed for these to be brought in line with the provisions of this Act as amended:

Provided that the Juvenile Court shall hold a sitting at the end of such period to review each of the pending applications before it and regulate matters to be brought in line with the provisions of this Act as amended.
