Cap. 602 Art. 68ACourt orders under other laws. 

(1) When a minor has been placed in alternative care following a court order under the provisions of another law other than this Act, the Director Alternative Care (Children and Youths) may, by application before that court, request that a copy of the acts leading to the court order to place the minor in alternative care, and any subsequent variations to the same order, be referred to the Court.

(2) In the same application, the Director Alternative Care (Children and Youths) may also request the Court to convert that court order into a protection order in terms of articles 18 and 19 of this Act and those provisions shall subsequently apply mutatis mutandis.
