Cap. 602 Art. 62Residential care placement agreement. 

(1) A residential care placement shall only take place following an agreement entered into between the Director Alternative

Care (Children and Youths) and the head of the residential home.

(2) The termination of any residential care placement agreement may only be given effect by the Review Board following a request by an interested person.
