Cap. 602 Art. 60Residential care.

(1) Where the placement of a minor in foster care is not in the best interest of the minor, such minor shall be accommodated in a home for residential care.

(2) A home for residential care shall be responsible for promoting the development and well-being of a minor placed under its care.
