Cap. 602 Art. 43Application for the granting of accreditation.

(1) Any agency may apply to the Central Authority for accreditation, in the form approved and provided for by such authority, in order to be able to carry out foster care services.

(2) The Central Authority may, at any time during the processing of an application, require an agency to provide any documents and information deemed necessary in order to ascertain whether accreditation should be granted.
