Cap. 602 Art. 17ARepresentation of all parties before the Court.  

In all proceedings before the Court, the Court shall ensure that all parties are duly represented before proceeding to hear the parties and, or their evidence and shall proceed to appoint curators to represent parties that cannot be traced, located, found and notified or are incapable of standing as parties in the proceedings, and this as provided in the proviso to article 24(4) of this Act.
