Cap. 600 Art. 35Prescription for offences and administrative infringements.

The prosecution of a criminal offence or the initiation of proceedings to impose any sanction under this Act shall be prescribed by the lapse of two years from the date on which the offence or administrative infringement is alleged to have been committed.
