(1) The Agency shall, not later than six (6) months after the end of each financial year, make and transmit to the Minister and to the Minister responsible for finance, a report dealing generally with the activities of the Agency during that financial year and containing an audited statement of accounts together with such information relating to the proceedings and working of the Agency as either of the Ministers may from time to time require. The Minister shall cause a copy of every such report to be laid on the Table of the House as soon as practicable.
