Cap. 581 Art. 20Power to make regulations. 

(1) The Minister may make regulations to implement and give better effect to the provisions of this Act, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, may prescribe anything which shall be done or may be prescribed and may provide for any consequential matter, incidental to, or connected to, the provisions of this Act.

(2) The Minister responsible for the Foundation for Social Welfare Services may make regulations to implement and give better effect to the provisions of this Act regarding the MARAM Board, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, may prescribe anything which shall be done or may be prescribed and may provide for any consequential matter, incidental to, or connected to the provisions of this Act regarding the MARAM Board.
