Cap. 551 Art. 42Appeals deemed to be abandoned.

The Tribunal may deem an appeal as abandoned if the appellant shows no interest in the appeal submitted by him. Failure of the appellant to appear before the Tribunal on two consecutive sittings without good cause shall be deemed to signify that the appellant has no interest in the appeal.
