Cap. 551 Art. 26Undeclared witnesses.

All parties may require the production of witnesses not indicated in the application to appeal or reply to the appeal whose evidence might be required in view of evidence given or produced by other witnesses. Such witnesses shall be authorised to give evidence, provided that prior approval of the Tribunal is obtained, which approval lies within the sole discretion of the Tribunal.
