Cap. 551 Art. 17Indication of witnesses in the application for appeal.

(1) All parties to an appeal shall, if they require witnesses, together with the appeal or any reply to an appeal, indicate the names and addresses of the witnesses they intend to produce in evidence, and state in respect of each one of them the facts they intend to establish through their evidence.

(2) The Tribunal shall be empowered to summon witnesses and administer the oath to any person appearing before it.
